Joseph McCarron, JR, CPA

​Mr. McCarron has over twenty-five years of extensive executive experience in capital formation, property development and operations management as CEO, President, CFO and consultant serving in diverse business and financial services industries with particular emphasis in the Seniors Housing & Care Industry.

Mr. McCarron is Principal & Founder of Capital Care Associates, LLC providing business and financial advisory services in this industry sector.  Mr. McCarron’s business career has extended to representing over $1B of invested capital in Seniors Housing & Care.

Jeff Tallman

​Jeffrey Tallman has been involved in every aspect of land development from site acquisition to full entitlement approvals. Mr. Tallman’s experience includes an extensive history of large scale real estate developments over the last three decades. Experienced at raising capital, working with local municipalities, and managing team resources, his sense of balance and fairness has built trust among his broad network of relations throughout the United States. ​

David McCarron, MA

David McCarron serves as a Chief Strategy Officer for the Company. Mr. McCarron is responsible for tracking and reporting upon industry news and information while supporting new business development activities. His research activities inform our practice standards and provide a strategic platform for actively targeting new industry trends and opportunities.

Mr. McCarron has a BA in History from the University of New Hampshire and recently completed a MA degree program in the Management of Aging Services from the Erickson School at UMBC.  He currently works out of a Coworking Studio that he co-founded in North Port, FL and was named one of twenty “People to Watch 2015” by Biz (941) – a publication dedicated to covering business and innovation in Southwest Florida.

Keven Benemma
Charter Senior Living

Mr. Bennema began his career as Administrator in Training and Certified Nursing Assistant in 1993. He worked in every department of the community until receiving his Nursing Home Administrator License for the state of Ohio while completing his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Cleveland State University.

Mr. Bennema continued his career in several senior living companies serving as an Executive Director and Regional Director – eventually becoming Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Senior Lifestyles Corp. in Chicago.  His ambition to establish Charter Senior Living as a new national provider was launched in 2016.

Jayne Sallerson
Charter Senior Living

Ms. Sallerson joined Charter Senior Living with more than 20 years of executive sales and marketing experience in seniors housing. Jayne has served in various senior management roles for both large and small senior living organizations. She has developed and executed sales and marketing strategies with proven results for more than 750 senior living communities throughout the U.S.

Maura Feaheny
Charter Senior Living

Maura A. Feaheny has extensive executive leadership experience in commercial real estate development and senior housing plant operations and capital management. She earned her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Strategy from Booth School of Business at The University of Chicago. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. She is a licensed Architect in the State of Illinois. Maura recently served as Vice President of Plant Operations, managing a team of four Regional Directors and oversight manager for 187 senior housing communities.

Gary Klopfenstein

Mr. Klopfenstein is a highly successful executive with over thirty years of experience in asset management, strategic consulting and leadership development. His specific areas of expertise are in the design and implementation of investment strategies, across both traditional and alternative investment classes, investment research, client acquisition, business growth and leadership development. Gary represents valued investor relationships in the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia..

Paul Van Hoesen

Mr. Van Hoesen is a successful entrepreneur, business innovator and researcher across a wide spectrum of fields including healthcare, education, technology, economic and community development. He brings forward-looking senior 2.0 value-based concepts and partnerships that differentiate our team in the seniors marketplace, making the centers more relevant to the evolving senior lifestyles of our constituents.

Mike Hargrave
Mr. Hargrave has a distinguished career in Senior Housing & Care extending to real estate development and capital formation. Prior to founding Revista, Mr. Hargrave was a Vice President, as well as chief market and data strategist. for the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care Industry (NIC). While at NIC, he oversaw the development, growth and operations of the NICMAP Data & Analysis Service. Under his leadership, NICMAP grew to become the Senior Housing industry’s leading data provider tracking revenue, occupancy, supply and construction data covering almost 13,000 properties and 100 metro markets. Mr. Hargrave holds a Master’s in Business Administration concentrated in finance from Loyola College in Maryland. ​

As a member of the International Spa Association (ISPA) Board, she acts as a strategic thought-leader and mentor for individuals seeking to expand programming into the wellness realm.

For sixteen years, Kristine worked at the exclusive Canyon Ranch Resort in Lenox, MA, in several management capacities. As the Health and Healing Director she brought together and worked with the finest multidisciplinary health and healing team in the world. During her tenure the resort won many awards including “Best Spa in the World” as rated by discriminating Condé Nast readers.

Mr. Skellie was a partner in IDM Hospitality for 14 years with a focus on boutique hotel product development, property management and overall project feasibility.

Sean’s core competencies extend market study and feasibility analysis for projects that are both independent and franchise properties. He enhances performance and delivers sound counsel to developers and owners alike. His background also includes leadership in providing technology, Internet and electronic distribution solutions for the hospitality industry.
