This site is located at the Gateway to the Gateway District of Medical Center Parkway directly across from The Fountains Mixed Use development. It is part of a Master Planned Development spanning approximately 12.4 acres with compatible uses developed by Sponsor and the landowner. The proposed Master Plan is set to be reflect the prototype developed by LifeCenters as a "Progressively Planned Communities". It will include Senior Living, Spa/Integrative Medicine, Residential and Hospitality. Preliminary site work is under way, the adjacent new city Fire Station and Museum is under construction.
